Alex is currently Professor (Practice) at the Department of Information Systems and Analytics of the School of Computing, National University of Singapore.
Before joining NUS, Alex was a Civil/Structural Engineer at the Housing & Development Board, Singapore. He then joined StarHub Ltd as a Senior Vice President, then he became the Managing Director, Health & Public Service in Accenture.
Currently, Alex is Chairman of Toffs Technologies Ltd, Executive Chairman of DART Consulting and Training Pte Ltd, independent director of Tee International Ltd, member of the Board of Trustees of the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He is also a director of 4P Consulting Pte Ltd and Red Alpha Cybersecurity Pte Ltd.
Alex currently advises Nityo Infotech, Alibaba Cloud, U3 Infotech, ChiefDX, ARD Security, Beyond Rentals and KiteSense.

Ram Dharmaraj, BBM: Senior Principal Business Consultant

Ram Dharmaraj is a seasoned business strategy consultant and sits on various executive boards.
Ram has garnered 40 years of corporate experience through appointments as CEO of Asia Pacific,primarily in the FMCG industry.
During his tenure in the 1970s,he was responsible for all the ten countries in Asean,Japan,China,Taiwan,Hong Kong,South Korea,India,Pakistan,Bangladesh,Sri Lanka and the entire Middle East region.
Ram’s responsibilities included managing 7 manufacturing plants,management of 14 distributors and 5 licencees,overseeing R&D in innovative new product developments,mass media marketing and execution of the group’s financial strategy.
His larger portfolio included senior positions in the Jardine Matheson group and Yardley of London group.
In 1996,Ram left the corporate world and had a short stint as adjunct lecturer in areas of strategic marketing,international marketing and organisational cybernetics in University of Bradford and University of
South Australia.
In 1998,Ram started a small family angel fund and has since invested in a wide array of portfolio investments to mitigate risks.
He has since exited six of his investments in the US,Malaysia and Singapore.
Ram’s latest investments includes industries in green hydrogen,artificial intelligence,animated movie production,beauty,skincare and revolutionary nail polish and nail care segments. These investments are predominantly in the US,Europe and Asia.
In all his existing investments,he sits on their executive boards.
He is also passionate about volunteer work in the ministry of education in Singapore,having served in School Advisory Committees as Chairman of three schools since 1989.
He continues to do pro-bono work,mentoring startups,professional executives and mentors undergrads and extends internship in Singapore Polytechnic in the Entrepreneurship & Innovation module.
He also continues with pro-bono services as strategic advisor to Quest Institute and Iwise group,among others.
Ram was awarded the Gold and Silver service medal by MOE and in 2017,conferred the Bintang Bakti Masyarakat (Public Star medal) by the President of Singapore,for his outstanding and extensive volunteer work in the education sector.
Ram has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Hull (UK) and was previously,a Fellow in the
Association of International Accountants (UK)

Keith Carter - Principal Consultant : FinTech and Digital Transformation

Keith Carter was an Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS) School of Computing, Department of Information Systems and Analytics. He was Director of the NUS Ripple FinTech Lab an experiential education lab and Co-Director of the Crystal Centre a deep-tech FinTech thinktank of cryptocurrency, security, technology and algorithms. Joelle Choo - Principal Consultant & Head Business Development

Joelle Choo brings with her 24 years of international advisory and leadership experience, spanning across Audit, Finance, Systems and Process Design. Jim Lim - Principal Consultant : Digital Transformation, Healthcare and 5G

Jim is the founder of 59stVentures, a socio-techno network focusing in leveraging expertise, experiences and connections of senior executives globally to contribute back to the society. 59stVentures provided Internationalization strategy for Sichuan Telecom, and is also a consulting partner for Huawei Cloud. He is currently also the healthcare sector head for NCS tasked to build digital healthcare ecosystem and to expand NCS footprint regionally. Jim also sits in the board of startup companies in China, Taiwan, Singapore and India. Prior to this, he was CEO for Good Doctor Technology, a Joint-Venture between PingAn Good Doctor from China and Grab. He joined the company as first employee to setup the entire business in Indonesia and Singapore. Eevon Chia-Stott: Senior Consultant : Health services & products, IT, Robotics, Aviation and Digital Media; Start-up Mentoring

Eevon is the co-founder of pro-alliances.com providing consulting services across several sectors including health services & products, IT, robotics, aviation and digital media. She is also doing pro-bono consulting and mentoring with start-ups.
Eevon's breadth of experience comes from studying and working in Canada and Australia for 16 years. During this time, her doctorate was conferred in 2015 (Australia), concurrently receiving accreditation as an exercise scientist. She also completed her Recreational Pilots Licence (passenger carrying and unrestricted airspace endorsements) in 2015, and worked with a flying school on improving the ground theory training syllabus for student pilots.
As an exercise physiologist by training and a researcher by trade, Eevon believes a science-based approach educates and empowers people to make informed choices for optimum health outcomes and enjoy extended active living with ageing. She employed that approach in establishing and managing an Australian registered not-for-profit "Active Living Longer" that, with the assistance of a Board of professionals and a small crew, grew to service 55-75-year-olds across two regional cities. This program was supported by university research to measure the outputs from the programs.
Eevon also worked as Research Manager for an independent health services organisation operating in the aged care and disability space, with a staff of 1,200. Her role there focused on process improvement, and staff and customer satisfaction evaluation.
In her consulting practice, Eevon is currently engaged in projects across Asia and Australia with a focus on defining the commercial opportunities arising from the rapidly emerging Metaverse, and its impact on staff and business structures.

She employed that approach in establishing and managing an Australian registered not-for-profit "Active Living Longer" that, with the assistance of a Board of professionals and a small crew, grew to service 55-75-year-olds across two regional cities. This program was supported by university research to measure the outputs from the programs.
Eevon also worked as Research Manager for an independent health services organisation operating in the aged care and disability space, with a staff of 1,200. Her role there focused on process improvement, and staff and customer satisfaction evaluation.
In her consulting practice, Eevon is currently engaged in projects across Asia and Australia with a focus on defining the commercial opportunities arising from the rapidly emerging Metaverse, and its impact on staff and business structures.

Jordan has more than 20 years experience in MNCs and has been Business Lead for Seagate International, handling Product Line Management. Throughout his career, he has shown his detailed work in Product Management, Sales and Marketing Management in highly competitive environments. He was previously Sales Head and Director for B2C companies and also dealt with B2B clients, whenever the project required. Of which, he worked with a Telco on a 3 year deal and launched a product that generated SGD2m/ month sales for his company.
Jordan is an action taker and even as he is currently working on Real Estate Consulting for consumers and investors, he has been promoted to Division Director within a short period of time. He was previously an entrepreneur in the Education field, recruiting and ‘training the trainer’ who are PMETS for the IDA ‘’Code for fun’’ project where he handled 21 schools and trained 6,720 students in Singapore. He was also a MakeEx judge, and successfully sent Singapore students to China for the international competition.
As a consultant, he was business Development head in a project to bring SMEs to China digitally. The project was endorsed by ESG and Lifelong Learning Institute. He advises startups and Brand owners on strategic use of data to deliver results, people, process and technology. The project was a success despite the Covid Challenges and China's restrictions.
